Summerhouse Condos are located in Crescent Beach FL, about 8 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. Summerhouse is a fairly large complex, with a total of 256 individual condominium units, built in 1982. Summerhouse offers several floor plans. Both town homes (2 levels) and flats (1 level) are available, ranging in size from 1064 - 1280 square feet, 2 - 3 bedrooms and 2 - 2 ˝ baths. Summerhouse is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos and non-ocean view units. Some Summerhouse units even have a view of the Intracoastal waterway. The laundry is located inside each Summerhouse condo. Summerhouse is the southernmost condominium complex before reaching Matanzas Inlet. There is plenty of parking but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Amenities offered at Summerhouse Condos include: 4 pools, 6 tennis courts, 4 racquetball courts, and limited small boat storage.
