Spyglass offers two floor plans, the standard unit and the end unit.

Spyglass Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 15 minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine.
Each Spyglass condo has three levels, 1280 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths.
The first level of each Spyglass condo has a stackable two car garage, laundry area and doorway to the pool and beach.

On the second level, you’ll find the main living area, kitchen, half bath and balcony.
To get from the ground level to the second level, each unit has a spiral staircase.
Crescent Beach isn’t very commercialized, and it has the privacy and tranquility a lot of folks are looking for.
Matanzas Inlet and Fort Matanzas National Monument are less than two miles from the Spyglass condos.
