Built in 2003, the complex’s construction is much newer than most area condos - the majority of which were built in the 80’s. The condominium’s concrete block construction and automated security gate will help you feel safe. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking, including some garages. At this time, there is an on-site property manager, but rentals are handled at an off-site office. You may use the rental management company of your choice or even rent your unit yourself. We do not handle rentals. Seaside at Anastasia condos make a great vacation condo or primary residence. They offer the beach lifestyle you desire and the conveniences you need close by.

Seaside at Anastasia Condos are located about 6 miles north of my office, across the street from St. Augustine Beach. Over the years, I’ve helped several customers purchase condos at Seaside at Anastasia. Most of those customers had a common theme; they came to Saint Augustine looking for a nice beachside condo and weren’t really happy with what was available. For instance, one particular customer I was working with had all but given up on finding a condo in St. Augustine Beach, until I showed her the Seaside at Anastasia complex. Though Seaside at Anastasia is across the street from the beach, she saw that the units were nicer, newer and larger than everything else she had seen. She was also pleasantly surprised to find that the walk to the beach was shorter than it is at some beachside condos. Many local realtors don’t know about condominiums like Seaside at Anastasia. After showing customers what’s available beachside and not having any luck, they give up. I was born and raised in St. Augustine, so I know the area and market well. With the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, there’s no doubt you’ll love Seaside at Anastasia’s location. The St. Johns County Ocean Pier is directly across the street, where you’ll find a four acre beachfront park with a variety of amenities that include: free parking, beach access, children’s splash park, picnic tables, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, lighted beach volleyball courts and a covered pavilion. Fish off of the pier and catch a big one, or just take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. If you’re an early riser, it’s a great place to catch a sunrise.
