Sea Place Condos are located in St. Augustine, Florida, about 3 miles north of Crescent Beach. There are a total of 78 individual condominium units, built in 1985. Sea Place Condos offers three floor plans, a two bedroom townhouse (2 levels), a two bedroom flat (1 level), and a three bedroom flat, ranging in size from 1057 - 1315 square feet. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. Or, you may choose another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

Sea Place was developed in phases over a period of time. The beachfront condos and the northern patio homes were developed around 1985. The southern section started development in the early 1990's and was completed around 1996. The oceanfront portion of the newer development has what are called "Ocean Homes.” The newer patio homes range in size from over 2000 - 2900 square feet.
