Seagrove Condominiums are new condos located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach Florida. It's only about five miles to the historic section of town and about a mile to the grocery store. You can walk to the beach or golf at Marsh Creek Country Club. Like other newer developments Sea Grove has the "town center" concept, with retail and office space located within the community.

There are 40 individual condominium units at Seagrove, with two or three bedrooms, that were in built in 2006. You can choose from a townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level), ranging in size from 1665 sq. ft. to 2236 sq. ft. Each building has a different design so that they look more like homes than a large condominium complex. Inside the condo is an open floor plan with high ceilings. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in one large area. The two level units are designed so that an elevator can be added in the future if needed. All units have a large porch and a one car garage. At this time rentals are long term, seven months or more.

Amenities offered at Seagrove Condos include: pool, boat ramp, sports courts, shaded parks and walking trails.
