FL, about 10 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 51
individual condominium units built in 1984. Sea Haven offers several floor plans,
the townhouse (2 levels) or a flat (1 level), ranging in size from 1120 sq.ft. to 1450
sq.ft. Sea Haven is an beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos
or non ocean view units. There are two or three bedroom units with 2 to 2½ baths. The
laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking but no covered
parking or garages. At this time there is an on-site rental office or you may
