Built in 1986, Ponce de Leon Villas condominiums offer townhouse (2 levels) and flat (1 level) floor plans.  The single family homes within Ponce de Leon Villas are single level and range in size from 1195 - 1976 square feet, with two to three bedrooms and two baths. The homes also enjoy their own spacious 75x100 yards. Quadraplex units have two bedrooms and two baths, and range in size from 896 - 961 square feet, with the majority of the condos in the 923 - 961 square foot range. These units even have their own private garden patio area. And, marsh front and intracoastal view condos range in size, with the majority falling into the 1229 - 1278 square foot range, with two bedrooms and two baths. Naturally, these units have beautiful marsh and intracoastal views. These lovely views can also be captured from the community marshfront pool and fishing pier. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of parking, including some garages. At this time, there is no on-site rental office. We do not handle rentals.

Not long ago, a couple contacted me about their interest in buying a Ponce de Leon Villas condo. They lived in Gainesville and wanted to use the condo as their St. Augustine weekend beach retreat. The offer was accepted and they now have the St. Augustine Beach weekend getaway they’ve always wanted. I’ve spoken to them several times since the closing and they always tell me how happy they are with their beach condo. From hopping on a sightseeing train to checking out what the shops on St. George Street have to offer, there’s always something to do in the downtown section of the nation’s oldest city. The SR-312 bridge is only 6 miles away, making it easy to drive to town or the interstate (I-95). Daytona and Jacksonville are less than an hour from the condo. Marsh creek country club, home to the only golf course on Anastasia Island, is about two miles away.
