Pelican Inlet Condo is located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 6 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 82 individual condominium units at Pelican Inlet, built in 1982. Pelican Inlet units are two bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), and are approximately 980 square feet. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of on-site parking at Pelican Inlet, but no covered parking or garages. There is a public beach walkway across the street from Pelican Inlet. And, there is a public boat ramp located next to the complex too. At this time, there is an on-site rental office. You may also choose another off-site property management company to handle rentals. We do not handle rentals.

Pelican Inlet Condos are located at Crescent Beach Florida, less than 10 minutes from Saint Augustine Beach, and about 15 minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine. The Crescent Beach bridge is less than a mile away from Pelican Inlet, making it easy to drive to town or the interstate (I-95). Daytona and Jacksonville are both less than an hour away. Marsh creek country club, home to the only private golf course on Anastasia island, is about six miles away. Pelican Inlet Condo offers near ocean living with a pool and tennis.
