Since 1989, Landmark Realty has specialized in
condos and has helped other people buy condos at
Ocean Village Club. A while ago, a couple
contacted me from Georgia. They were looking for the
perfect retirement getaway. After looking at several
condos, they found one at Ocean Village Club. They
were not quite ready to make a decision that day.
When they were ready to make an offer, the condo
they liked was under contract.
That happens a lot. A condo will be on the market for 300 days with little action and the next thing you know it's gone. They were disappointed, but I was sure I would find them another condo they would like.

Within days we had an accepted offer that satisfied both buyer and seller. They still own the unit and enjoy coming to St Augustine on weekends and holidays to "get away from it all".
