Saint Augustine Ocean and Racquet Condos are located at St. Augustine Beach, Florida, about six miles South of historic downtown St. Augustine. It's a beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos and non ocean view units. 

Ocean and Racquet condos are one of the largest beachfront complexes on the island, with a total of 280 units.  Built in 1982, each condo is 950 square feet, single level with two bedrooms and two baths. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room and a private balcony.  There is an on-site rental office. You may choose another off-site rental management company or rent your unit yourself.

Amenities offered at Ocean and Racquet Condos: Two outdoor pools, one heated during the winter. Twenty four hour security guard. Tennis courts, racquetball courts, jacuzzis, shuffleboard, horseshoes and direct access to the beach.

My name is Rick Ginn. Since 1989, I have specialized in condos and have helped other people buy condos at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Club.

In the early 90's, a person contacted me over the internet looking for condos in Saint Augustine. Their daughter was going to Flagler College and they wanted an affordable condo with good security, that was well maintained and that had good rental potential. They were not ready to buy but were trying to see if their idea had possibilities. I searched our MLS for listings, checked my files for people that had contacted me about selling their condo, and sent them the condos that I thought would work. They ended up buying a condo at Saint Augustine Ocean and Racquet.

St. Augustine Beach Florida

Ocean and Racquet Club Condos are located at St Augustine Beach Florida on Anastasia Island. Anastasia state park is just north of St. Augustine Beach. Anastasia state park is four miles of protected sanctuary with over 1600 acres. The park is about five miles with the Atlantic ocean to the east and Salt Run to the west. There are no homes or driving on the beach at the park. There are lots of fun things to do at the beach; swimming, fishing, biking, kite flying, volleyball and frisbee. There is a campground at the park but camping is not allowed on the beach. Salt run is known for a great place for wind-surfing and fishing on the jettys at the inlet.

Saint Augustine Beach unlike the other beaches on Anastasia Island. It is an incorporated city. The St. Augustine Beach City commission has plans for a beach library, children's splash park and a beach habitat conservation project.
