Island South Condos are located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a half mile south of the St. Johns county ocean pier. Built in 1983, there are a total of 36 individual condominium units at Island South. Island South is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos, ocean view condos and non ocean view units. Island South condos are two bedroom, two bath flats (1 level), offering approximately 1100 square feet of living space. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is plenty of on-site parking but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office at Island South, or you may use the off-site rental management company of your choice. We do not handle rentals.

Island South Condos are located at St Augustine Beach, Florida, less than 10 minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine. The St. Johns County Ocean Pier is just down the street too. There, you’ll find a four acre beachfront park with a variety of amenities that include: free parking, beach access, children’s splash park, picnic tables, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, lighted beach volleyball courts and a covered pavilion. The pier is a great place to fish, shop at the weekly farmer’s market or just park the car and take a walk on the beach. The Mickler O’ Connell bridge (SR-312) is only three miles away, making it easy to drive to town or the interstate (I-95). Daytona and Jacksonville are both less than an hour from Island South condo. Marsh creek country club, home to the only golf course on Anastasia Island, is about two miles away. Island South Condo offers ocean front living with a swimming pool and beach walk.
