Specializing in Condos
Over the years, I have run into a lot of people that
are looking for a good deal on a condo. They tell
me, “If you hear about any foreclosures, bank repos,
fixer uppers, etc., then let me know.” The truth is,
the "DEAL" properties are not always the best buy.
To get a good buy on a condo, you have to know the
market and be ready when an opportunity becomes
available. That's where I come in.
A while ago, I was able to find a good buy for a
customer at Creston House Condo. The buyer had been
renting for the summer for several years. When he
got here he said, “Show me the best deals.” I would
show him the best buys and he would say, “Boy, I
wish I would have bought the one we looked at last
year.” Through the process, he became comfortable
with the market and was ready to move when a good
deal came along. Not long after that, I sent him a
listing the day it came on the market. He knew it
was a good buy and made an offer. The seller had a
figure he wanted to net and he was ready to sell. We
presented an offer to the agent representing the
seller and were able to work out a price. Everybody
was satisfied with the purchase.
