Coquina Condos are located in Crescent Beach, Florida, about 7 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. There are a total of 42 individual condominium units, built in 1973. Coquina Condo offers two floor plans, the townhouse (2 levels) and flat (1 level), each being about 1200 square feet. All Coquina condos have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Coquina Condo is a beachfront complex with ocean front condos and ocean view condos. While some units have better ocean views than others, every Coquina condo has an ocean view because of the building’s “V” shape. Coquina sits on a beautiful stretch of land in Crescent Beach, where you’ll find some of the privacy and seclusion you’ve been looking for in a beach getaway. There is plenty of parking, but no covered parking or garages. At this time, there is an on-site rental office, or you may use another off-site rental management company. We do not handle rentals.

And, most of the people that inquire about Coquina condos are usually interested in the neighboring complex, Crescent Sandpiper, as well, which is similar in age, size and setup.

The Crescent Beach bridge (SR 206) is also only 2 miles away, making it easy to drive to town or the interstate (I-95). Charming downtown St. Augustine is about 15 minutes away. There, you can catch up on your history, do a little shopping or just relax and have a good meal while listening to some live music. From Coquina condos, a variety of restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within about 10 minutes. Matanzas Inlet is 3 miles from the Coquina condominiums. The inlet is a great place to fish, sunbathe at the beach and take in some beautiful, unique vistas. Coquina Condo offers oceanfront and ocean view living.
